Terms of Service

Everwell Minds is a membership wellness community built around the Law of Assumption. We provide a community feed, challenges, courses, groups, messaging, and, for Coaching+ members, one-on-one coaching.

The Service is for educational and community purposes only. Nothing on Everwell Minds, including courses, coaching, posts, or messages, is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or concerned about your health, please seek professional help.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your real name and membership tier are kept private from other members.

Everwell Minds offers paid monthly memberships (currently Community and Coaching+). Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel or switch tiers anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Everwell Minds is intentionally a kind place. You agree to follow our community guidelines and to not: harass, threaten, or demean others; post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; spam or advertise without permission; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service. Moderators and administrators may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Everwell Minds a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service so the community can function. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to share it.

Courses, lessons, branding, the goose, and all other Everwell Minds materials are owned by Everwell Minds and protected by copyright. Your membership gives you personal, non-transferable access. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute our materials.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Memberships terminated for violations are not refundable.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everwell Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. If we make material changes, we'll notify members through the Service. Continuing to use Everwell Minds after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
