Community ($35/mo) includes everything: the feed, challenges, groups, the community course library, messages, and your member profile. Coaching+ ($75/mo) includes all of that plus additional members-only courses, one-on-one coaching, and access to the coaching hub when it launches.

Yes. Memberships are monthly and you can cancel from your billing page anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. You can move between Community and Coaching+ from your billing page whenever you like.

Payments are generally non-refundable, but we always fix billing errors. The details live in our refund policy.

Never. Your membership tier, billing details, and real name are private, and they're not shown on your profile or anywhere else members can see.

No. You choose a display name, and we give you a cozy auto-generated username. Your real name stays private with us.

Yes. Private accounts approve their followers, and only followers see their posts. You can also turn off direct messages and hide yourself from the members directory.
