Refund Policy

Short version: cancel anytime, we always fix billing mistakes, and past payments generally aren't refunded.

Cancel anytime

Memberships are monthly. You can cancel from your billing page whenever you like, with no phone calls and no hoops. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Payments are generally non-refundable

Because membership gives immediate access to the community, courses, and challenges, payments already made are generally not refunded, including for partial months or unused time.

Billing errors, always fixed

If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or hit any other billing mistake, contact us and we'll make it right with a full refund of the erroneous charge.

Switching tiers

Moving between Community and Coaching+ takes effect through our payment provider's standard proration, so you'll never pay twice for the same period.

Removed accounts

Accounts banned for violating our community guidelines are not eligible for refunds, as described in our Terms of Service.
